I teach a classical meditation technique that improves concentration, reduces stress, calms the mind, and clears the way for experience with deep inner peace.
You do not need to have a particular predisposition to practice meditation. My approach to teaching is detailed but relaxed, and my hope is to inspire and empower you to explore your own personal devotion to deep, daily meditation.
David’s meditation series was very helpful. He is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. The techniques and information he provided has helped guide the way for me to embark on my own meditation journey at my own pace.

It has been a blessing to have David join the office for weekly discussions/meditation. While guiding conversations including topics such as mindfulness, gratitude and presence, David has gracefully encouraged me to more conscientiously explore the root of certain emotions as they may arise throughout the day both in the workplace and in my personal life.

Attorney – team meditation participant
David was very helpful introducing meditation to a number of students with varying levels of self-awareness. In the end, we all walked away feeling more empowered, positive, and gained an awareness of how to relax, focus, and quiet our minds on our own after just a few sessions.

David’s instruction was exactly what I needed to find my way into a meditation practice. The 3 sessions provided structure and audio content to support my on going practice. Highly recommended.

About David
My name is David M. Kay and I would love to meet with you or your group to explore meditation and meditative practices. I know that we can all experience fullfillment, wholeness, and harmonious mind, body, and spiritual well being, even when our modern world might lead us to think otherwise. It is, afterall, our birthrite.
Years ago, spurred by life circumstances and a host of experiences that indicated a deep longing for spiritual connection, I began exploring practices to move more gracefully through this time of great challenge and opportunity.
Here, now, I am a faithful yoga and meditation practitioner and certified teacher of Ananda meditation. Ananda Sangha is the worldwide organization that brings forth the transformative teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda – known as the ‘Father of Yoga in the West’ he was the first Indian yoga master to make his home in the west and is the author of the worldwide spiritual classic,
